What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Paid Social to oversee and manage our lead generation efforts through the paid social channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably, utilizing data to make effective decisions, and rapidly testing creative. Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: mortgage, insurance, personal loans, credit card, or personal finance.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth utilizing platforms like Meta, TikTok, etc.
Test various bid strategies to achieve profitable growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
Align strategies with overall business goals.
Test new creative, analyze performance, and provide feedback to influence creative development.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing lead generation paid social campaigns with a strong track record of success.
Hands-on experience in building and optimizing lead generation campaigns in Meta and TikTok.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **

Compensation:

Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 - $150,000.
