The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the technical setup and configuration of new clients on our software platform. This role requires a strong technical background to configure and implement various systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The specialist will manage data, work across multiple systems, and provide backend support, ensuring that clients are fully onboarded and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the technical setup and configuration of eCommerce systems, website publishing, email set up, DNS management, online bookings, email marketing, notifications, and payment gateways.
Manage backend configurations, database administration, and system integrations.
Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Utilize Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate client records and manage interactions using HubSpot CRM.
Provide technical troubleshooting and client support during the onboarding process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients are fully operational and satisfied.
Develop and maintain documentation for onboarding processes and system configurations.
Identify process improvements to streamline and optimize the onboarding experience.
Requirements
Strong technical background in software onboarding, implementation, or system administration.
Experience in configuring SaaS platforms and working with APIs is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, including data management, analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of database management and backend system configurations.
Good written and verbal communication skills for effective client support.
Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar customer management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
