Join Our Team as a B2B Account Manager!

Keyvoto is looking for a B2B Account Manager to manage customer relationships with our business clients. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for customer success, wed love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Provide reports and insights on client performance.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, or business development.
Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience with Task Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
