Account Manager 

SuperBam is the leading content identification, programming, and monetization company that helps creators, digital publishers, media companies, and celebrities find and monetize their content across digital platforms through our best-in-class digital rights management and audience development services.

We are looking for a passionate, client-focused, and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Manager specializing in Digital Rights Management and YouTube channel management. The ideal candidate will have a background in account management, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry. While experience with Digital Rights Management and Channel Management (TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook) is preferred, we welcome candidates with a passion for digital content and a willingness to learn. This role will be instrumental in shaping and driving our mission to empower creators globally.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with content creators, serving as the main liaison between them and the company. Ensure their needs are understood and met to maintain a positive partnership experience.
  • Client Communication: Provide ongoing communication and support to clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Shield, Amplify, Finance, and Business Development to align partnership initiatives and leverage resources effectively.
  • Solution Identification: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives. Identify opportunities for additional services or solutions that can add value and address client needs effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and refining strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in the creator space. Represent SuperBam at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in account management, channel management, or related field
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the creator economy, social media, and digital media / video
  • Proven experience leading and being a proactive member of a team
  • Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics 
  • Strategic vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
This is a remote work from home role, but candidates must be based in CA or NY.
