 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains and builds account relationships with tissue recovery agencies including recovery, call centers, and quality leaders and contacts, as well as other key leaders within the partner organizations.
• Monitors and influences performance of the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining partner satisfaction.
• Incorporates Voice of the Customer into approach and delights Tissue Recovery Partners with service excellence while responding to queries.
• Main point of contact for Tissue Recovery Partners within Evergen and coordinates day-to-day relationships with existing Tissue Recovery Partners, including events, on-site meetings, key annual meetings, and public relations events.
• Collaborates with Donor Services Clinical Services team to provide training on the processes of Evergen to promote collaboration and ensure smooth organizational interactions.
• Manages specific programs, projects, and initiatives to further the mission and values of Evergen.
• Provides and develops statistical reports for each Tissue Recovery Partner to promote the continuous development of their tissue program and reviews the data quarterly with executive and operational partner leaders.
• Partners with intra-company cross functional teams to resolve any issues or complaints identified by the Tissue Recovery Partners.
• Contributes to the development of business plans to maximize donation to the company’s specifications through the Tissue Recovery Partnerships according to terms of shared agreements.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tissue banking or related industry.

Certification

• CTBS Certified Tissue Banking Specialist Preferred

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Donor Screening.
• Relationship Building.
• Project Management.

Travel

• Minimum 40%

SAFETY

Physical Requirement

• Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays.
• Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.).

Working Environment

• Home office environment with minimum distractions.
• Able to work from varied environments while traveling for account development.
