Job Description: Bilingual Intake Specialist

Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and empathetic Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide a seamless intake experience for clients, gather essential information, and ensure accurate documentation. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and messages in both languages.
Conduct thorough client intake by gathering detailed information regarding personal injury cases.
Assess client needs to route them to the appropriate department or professional.
Maintain accurate and organized records in the company’s CRM or database.
Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Communicate policies, procedures, and next steps clearly and compassionately.
Follow up with clients to ensure all required documentation is collected and accurate.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for client onboarding.
Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate matters as needed.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service, intake, or administrative roles in the Legal field.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office).
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Empathy and a client-focused approach to service.
