Responsibilities:

Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide support in various areas - technical, logistical problems, payments, etc
Build customer trust through empathetic personalised conversations
Strive for first-call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies

Requirements:

Excellent German language skills (verbal and written)
Ability to solve problems
Perfect communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new things
