As the Commissions Manager, your primary responsibility is the calculation of commissions using our SCM platform. The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline driven, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask. You will work closely with Deal Desk, Rev Ops, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and HR leaders to identify and resolve issues, as well as play a key role in providing analysis on sales performance that will assist in the development of the sales commission plans.

What You will Be Doing
  • Configure and maintain the Xactly platform, including plans, rules and
  • calculations to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors identified from the primary stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain and troubleshoot the Xactly reporting module (Analytics)
  • Works effectively with cross functional teams to maintain optimal function of the Xactly platform. Partner with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements for changes and enhancements.
  • Manage permissions, access, system operations, and settings for Xactly users.
  • Maintain documentation and resources to assist users in utilizing the system effectively.
  • Evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage projects to enhance system functionality for quarterly and annual
  • incentive compensation plan changes.

  • What you Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a technical discipline
  • (Required).
  • 5-7 years’ experience in FP&A, Commissions or Sales/Revenue Operations (Required).
  • Proven experience as a system administrator, with experience in system
  • implementations and optimization, specifically with the Xactly Incent platform. (Required).
  • Strong skills in SQL development (Required).
  • Experience in the software or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
