Job description

•Research & Discovery
-Use various research tools and databases to identify potential customers within assigned territories.
-Analyze Google Business listings, business registers, and industry databases to find companies matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
-Focus on businesses with regular shipping needs that could benefit from our services.
•Data Validation & Entry
-Verify business information, including contact details, ABNs, and shipping operations.
-Create detailed lead records in our system with accurate, up-to-date information.
-Ensure all data meets our quality benchmarks and compliance standards.
•Pipeline Development
-Meet daily lead generation targets while maintaining high data quality standards.
-Track leads as they progress through our sales campaigns.
-Collaborate with the sales team to provide additional insights about qualified leads.
•Continuous Improvement
-Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance and refine processes.
-Work closely with the Lead Generation Manager to optimize research methods.
-Share insights and best practices with team members to improve overall efficiency.
