Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Work Set-up: Work From Home/Work Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 20 hours per week
Salary: Php 20, 000 – Php 25, 000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities of a Lead Generation Specialist:
• Health Insurance Leads – Generating a pipeline of potential clients interested in private health insurance, adding them to an email nurture campaign, and following up via calls to book free quotes.
• Financial Advisers for AFSL Recruitment – Identifying and engaging with existing financial advisers, mortgage brokers, and general insurance brokers interested in transitioning from Full Advice to selling life insurance under a General Advice model with our AFSL.
• Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies using Facebook,
LinkedIn, and outbound calls.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for health insurance and financial
adviser recruitment.
• Generate leads for potential clients interested in private health insurance, as well as
financial adviser recruitment.
• Identify and target prospective leads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Add health insurance leads to an email nurture campaign and follow up via calls to
book free quotes.
• Add financial adviser leads to an email nurture campaign and follow-up.
• Track, manage, and report lead generation activities and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the Oasis Insurance team to refine messaging and optimise
conversion strategies.
• Follow compliance guidelines provided for outreach and client engagement.

Qualifications as a Lead Generation Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Proven experience in lead generation for insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
• Ability to generate lead lists and execute cold outreach campaigns.
• Experience in converting leads into booked calls or appointments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of private health insurance and financial adviser recruitment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (note: CRM implementation is planned for later). Ability to analyse market trends and suggest effective lead generation strategies.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The role’s success will be measured by:
Health Insurance Leads:
• Number of new qualified leads generated per week.
• Conversion rate of leads to booked appointments.
• Growth of email nurture campaign list.
Financial Advisers for AFSL Recruitment:
• Number of advisers engaged per month.
• Percentage of engaged advisers expressing interest in switching AFSLs.
• Success rate in overcoming objections (fees, client transitions, compliance).
