Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer comments and questions on social media platforms, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, while maintaining the brand’s voice and personality.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns such as package delivery problems, missing items, or damaged products, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Review Management: Respond to customer reviews across various platforms, addressing concerns, thanking customers for positive feedback, and ensuring customers feel heard and appreciated.

Maintain Brand Tone: Engage with customers in a manner that is consistent with the brand's fun, lighthearted, and customer-first voice.
