Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager to play a  critical role in driving the
successful preparation, launch and adoption of market-leading products within our BenefitHub platform. This individual will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams to ensure seamless product planning, coordination, launches, from initial planning to post-launch optimization. The GTM Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and mitigating risks to achieve successful product commercialization. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, and expertise in bringing products to market in a fast-paced, agile environment.
This position requires an understanding of the agile software development process, analytical thinking and detail orientation, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills. This role has a lot of responsibility without authority; therefore, the ideal candidate will gain experience managing teams to dates & deliverables with information and influence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning & Execution: Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
      to define and manage go-to-market and delivery strategies, ensuring smooth
      product rollouts.
      • Project Leadership: Develop and drive detailed project plans, outlining key
      deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
      • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between
      Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure
      alignment and readiness.
      • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and
      opportunities, ensuring visibility across the organization.
      • Launch Readiness & Quality Assurance: Stakeholder oversight of final testing,
      validation, and stakeholder approvals to ensure successful product launches that
      meet business and customer expectations.
      • Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential roadblocks, proactively
      address challenges, and adjust plans as needed to keep launches on track.
      • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize processes and best practices to
      improve execution efficiency and effectiveness
    • Task Management: Identify tasks, deliverables and resources needed to reach
      objectives and develop a milestone level plan for the overall project. Assign
      tasks and communicate expected deliverables and dates to all project team
      members in weekly meetings
    •  Project Plan Development: Develop detailed plan for each phase of the project
      with inputs, estimates and dependencies and deliverables from relevant
      resources
    •  Project Administration: Follow up on tasks to monitor progress and make
      updates to the plan, reporting all overdue and soon-to-be due tasks in the weekly
      meetings. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
      about milestones, deliverables, adjustments, and progress
    •  KPIs: Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    •  5+ years of project management experience, ideally in GTM, Product or Release
      Management, product launches, or commercialization.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to
      completion.
    •  Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software development lifecycles,
      and GTM frameworks.
    •  Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
      skills.
    •  Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and
      collaboration platforms.
    •  PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
    •  This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic thinker who thrives in fastpaced
      environments and is passionate about delivering successful product
      launches..
    • SaaS software experience strongly preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
    • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language.
