Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

The Principal Engineer will work closely with Customer Design/Architecture and Project Management teams to ensure meeting the customer's requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy state-of-art wireless technology to meet the customer's business needs.
• Work with the project management team regarding technical planning and network issues.
• Provide input for forecast and plan resource allocation.
• Act as the direct interface to customers on all new hardware and software features.
• Develop white papers and Methods of Procedures for Processes/Procedures specific to the customer's network
• Manage engineering resources in other parts of the organization as needed.
• Technical Project management for engineering requirements and responsibilities.
• Develop Tools and Processes for repeatable, high quality procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• Are proficient in Microsoft office suites.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
• You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.
