Responsibilities
The Principal Engineer will work closely with Customer Design/Architecture and Project Management teams to ensure meeting the customer's requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and deploy state-of-art wireless technology to meet the customer's business needs.
Work with the project management team regarding technical planning and network issues.
Provide input for forecast and plan resource allocation.
Act as the direct interface to customers on all new hardware and software features.
Develop white papers and Methods of Procedures for Processes/Procedures specific to the customer's network
Manage engineering resources in other parts of the organization as needed.
Technical Project management for engineering requirements and responsibilities.
Develop Tools and Processes for repeatable, high quality procedures.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
Are proficient in Microsoft office suites.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives.
