We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Developer with expertise in Agile methodologies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and follow Agile development principles.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development:
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Create and modify ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations to enhance the platform’s functionality.
Implement ServiceNow solutions based on requirements using best practices and coding standards.
Integration and Automation:
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Utilize REST/SOAP web services and APIs for integration with third-party applications.
Automate tasks and processes within ServiceNow to increase efficiency.
Agile Development:
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Work collaboratively within an Agile team to deliver features and improvements iteratively.
Support and contribute to Agile practices and promote a continuous improvement culture.
Platform Administration and Maintenance:
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Ensure platform health by optimizing performance and ensuring high availability.
Document technical specifications, procedures, and changes made to the platform.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow functionality.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices to maximize platform value.
Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM , CMDB).
Skills:
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including scripting, configuration, and customization.
Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow’s Glide scripting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
