We are looking for a Marketing Communications and Partnership Manager to join the Cardio Partners team.

Responsibilities
Summary:
The Marketing Communications and Partnership Manager is a strategic role focused on driving growth through the creation and management of content, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and corporate development sales. As a key contributor to the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce team, this individual identifies, negotiates, and nurtures relationships with external partners to expand the company’s reach, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue. The role emphasizes innovative collaboration opportunities and strategic content creation, aligning with business goals and strengthening the company’s market position.

This role is instrumental in cultivating earned media through content, collabs and partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. By leveraging content and collaborations, this individual enhances the company’s brand awareness and marketing capabilities. This position directly supports the e-commerce strategy and long-term business success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities, including influencers, celebrities, media features, and corporate collaborators to enhance brand visibility and reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term collaboration
Develop and execute strategies for partnership campaigns, leveraging engagements to drive traffic and sales
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and product, to align partnership efforts with broader business goals
Develop and execute key content to support acquisition business goals, including blogs, press releases, articles, and podcast scripts.
Track and analyze content and partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital partnerships and influencer marketing
Serve as a liaison between the company and partners, ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and issue resolution
Develop proposals, presentations, and reports to showcase the value and impact of content and partnerships to internal stakeholders

Skills/Experience Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in partnership management, content development, or influencer marketing, preferably in the digital marketing or e-commerce space
Proven track record of securing and managing successful partnerships and collaborations
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Professional network and experience within the medical and sudden cardiac arrest market is a plus
Strong analytical skills to measure partnership performance and make data-driven decisions
Creative thinker with a passion for identifying unique collaboration opportunities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
