This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (Sydney, Australia time zone)
  • Includes 30 min unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Process Medicare & DVA billings for nurse practitioners and GPs in the aged care sector

· Manage document handling, including uploading clinical notes to patient files

· Track and monitor GP incentive schemes to ensure eligibility and achievement

· Handle MBS (Medicare Benefits Schedule) and DVA (Dept of Veteran Affairs) billings accurately and efficiently

· Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all billings

· Assist with practice scheduling

· Prepare and manage practice performance reporting

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Excel and data management tools

· Proficiency in clinical practice management software systems

· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-intensive tasks

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

· Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent presentation and professional manner

· Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare administration (preferred)
