Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers
Establishing, managing, and growing relationships with both internal and external customers
Providing copy of documentation to customers as necessary
Query resolution within function
Ensuring all team targets are met
Performing OTC process activities in line with agreed KPI and SPA
Continuous process improvements and striving to deliver best practice and excellence
Work proactively with colleagues across the OTC function to ensure an integrated approach to service delivery.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Financial/Accounting/Economics related university or college degree is an asset
Good command of the English language, both verbal and in writing
Good MS Office skills
Eye for detail and accuracy

Independent
Knowledge of SAP and OtC process would be beneficial.
