The Inside Sales Professional is responsible for executing sales and customer support functions with expertise, managing inbound and outbound communications (including cold calls), across multiple channels such as chat, email, and phone. This role involves supporting clients, capturing data, and managing the sales cycle while consistently meeting set goals. The ISP must demonstrate full proficiency, leveraging prior experience to perform complex tasks under general supervision, progressively gaining independence in the role.
