Great American’s Executive Liability Division (ELD) is committed to serving its customers with industry-leading expertise and quality management liability products. Our experienced team of underwriters, claims attorneys and marketing professionals work hand-in-hand to deliver effective solutions for public, private and nonprofit clients.
ELD is looking for a Senior Marketing Representative to join their team. This individual will work fully remote from the USA.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Develops and implements marketing strategies for growth and expansion of company products and services.
Develops and implements marketing programs and content across multiple media including video, social media, email, web, and print.
Writes and develops content, ensuring it is appropriate, accurate, and aligned with company style guidelines and the AP Style Guide as well as compliance with procedures, company policy, corporate identity (voice and brand).
Educates customers about the communication review process, procedures, and company brand guidelines.
Incorporates trend intelligence and market knowledge when planning, designing, and executing strategies/projects.
Collaborates with internal marketing team members (Graphic Designers, Videographers, Digital Marketing Analysts, etc.)
Provides regular updates to customers on project progress, performance metrics and campaign results.
Analyzes marketing campaign data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Develops communication materials for customer meetings and events, including industry trade shows, producer events, and/or product launches.
Builds and maintains strong relationships and understanding of customer needs.
Routes and secures appropriate approval from all stakeholders, including the legal department.
May provide guidance and assistance to lower-level positions.
May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
Maintains working knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to communications, advertising, and marketing materials.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
