This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Officer - Events to join our team and play a key role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of national and state-based events. This position involves managing various event logistics, from registration and exhibitor portals to financial reporting, while ensuring smooth collaboration with venues, exhibitors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solutions-driven individual with strong organizational and communication skills, and experience working with event management platforms.

Job Description
  • Help deliver national and state based event
  • Build and manage events, registration forms, apps, and exhibitor portals in EventsAir
  • Manage name badges, dietary requirements, floor plans, and exhibition logistics
  • Set up financial reporting, track revenue, and manage discount codes
  • Support volunteer programs, abstract submissions, poster displays, and competitions
  • Collaborate with venues, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure registration pricing updates (Early Bird to Standard) and cross check data between Salesforce and Moodle- Assist with travel management and venue selection


Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in EventsAir
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Moodle is a plus
