Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager, Product Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in product issue management, collaborating across teams to resolve complex issues, and driving improvements in systems and processes for effective issue tracking. You will also play a critical role in release management, ensuring seamless transitions from "code complete" to general availability, tracking success metrics for initiatives, and enabling strong internal communications and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize customer reported defects and system issues, including managing hot-fix windows and product approval of code changes from a Tier 2 engineering team.
  • Help drive system and process improvements to effectively track and manage customer reported product defects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure open communication and a high level of service.
  • Communicate root cause analysis for teams and product leadership as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and troubleshooting items to resolution that do not need engineering intervention.
  • Assist with release readiness for initiatives, including bridging the gap between being ‘code complete’ and ‘general availability’.
  • Facilitate gathering metrics from multiple sources to support initiative success, focusing on Adoption, Engagement, Retention, and Monetization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to complete ‘Launch Planning Milestones’ for facilitating marketing launches, including providing the next quarters initiative list, assigned PM, Risk Level, Target Dates for Code Complete and GA.
  • For any features or initiatives that are not assigned to Product Marketing, serve as the facilitator of Internal Enablement and Internal Communications.
  • Assist with gathering information on initiatives as they are being developed, to garner a state of continuous outreach for feedback, with the goal of getting more information in front of internal stakeholders more often.
  • Help drive system and process improvements to facilitate great internal enablement of release functionality.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project or program management, product operations, enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or multi-product environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into accessible, actionable resources.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana,) and familiarity with content management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Customer focus: Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs and expectations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and report generation a plus.

Compensation 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $124,800, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
