Your missions

Job Title: Program Manager/Delivery Manager
Duration: 12 + months
Location: Detroit, MI (Remote) Local Detroit candidates preffered

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects concurrently, up to 4-5 projects
Projects may include business, operational and/or technical team members
Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects using a formal project management methodology.
Must adhere and align to all required processed and procedures
Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met.
Develops detailed project plans, budgets and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.
Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
Monitors all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.
Meets with and presents project status to senior level mgt. as well as customers as needed

Minimum 5 years' experience in leading projects
Able to lead a project team of at least 20-30 team members.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required.
Experience working in Sharepoint.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

Health Insurance industry experience.
Experience in leading projects with technical, business and operational team members.
Ability to present to groups of people.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visi
