Job description

Job Title: Program Manager/Delivery Manager
Duration: 12 + months
Location:
Detroit, MI (Remote) Local Detroit candidates preffered

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, up to 4-5 projects
  • Projects may include business, operational and/or technical team members
  • Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects using a formal project management methodology.
  • Must adhere and align to all required processed and procedures
  • Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met.
  • Develops detailed project plans, budgets and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
  • Monitors all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.
  • Meets with and presents project status to senior level mgt. as well as customers as needed

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leading projects

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required.
  • Experience working in Sharepoint.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
  • Health Insurance industry experience.
  • Experience in leading projects with technical, business and operational team members.
  • Ability to present to groups of people.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visi
  • Experience working in PlanBlue

Education/Certifications – Include:
  • Bachelor's degree required
