Job Summary:

As the Director of Conference Partnerships at Impiricus, you will drive the growth of our conference tools platform within the medical education and congress sectors.. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence, build relationships with key stakeholders in the medical conference industry, and drive adoption of our innovative solutions that enhance scientific exchange at medical conferences.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for our conference tools platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical conference organizers, medical societies, and pharmaceutical companies
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for platform integration with major medical conferences
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure platform features align with market needs
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the medical conference space
  • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for conference organizers
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Represent Impiricus at industry events and conferences

Experience:

  • 5+ years of business development, senior leadership, or sales experience with medical conferences
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of medical conference operations and stakeholder needs
  • Experience working with medical societies and conference organizers
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment
  • Strong network within the medical conference industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred (not required)
