Your new role:

  • The People Business Partner is an exceptionally experienced professional responsible for proactively driving People and Culture strategic initiatives.
  • Will continuously develop and build strong and collaborative relationships with the business to translate their needs into strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, organisational design, change management and employee development.
  • Works as a commercial People Business Partner by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision making.
  • Is proactive, self-motivated, solution focused with excellent communication skills and able to influence at all levels.
  • Provide In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and its application in developing pragmatic business solutions.
