Commercial Contracts Attorney (remote)

Latitude is seeking experienced commercial contracts attorneys. Applicants must have extensive experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sales, vendor and procurement, IT, SaaS, XaaS, marketing, supply, logistics, consulting services, etc. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm or a large corporate legal department is preferred.

Minimum Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney:

5+ years of commercial contracting experience.
Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial contracts.
Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or a large corporate legal department is preferred.
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Outstanding references.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
