We are a leading eCommerce agency that works exclusively with Shopify Plus to build brands by delivering beautiful and high-converting websites. We continue to achieve phenomenal results for our clients by applying our expert knowledge of retail, including performance-driven design & UX, platform migration, technical development, and growth strategies to impact key business metrics including revenue, conversion and customer retention.

Shopify Plus is our choice of eCommerce platform – trusted by our brand partners, JB Hi-Fi, Assembly Label and KOOKAÏ.

What YOU'LL BE DOING

You will deliver a program of work for clients aimed at building brand value and delivering increased revenue. Client engagement of the Growth Framework will discover client objectives

and goals through the delivery of structured workshops – and align stakeholders on the target outcomes.

You will work with our team to develop a program of work for each client, to be delivered over the quarter to meet the goals of the client – this work will be broken down into specific focus areas for eCommerce.

Once delivered you’ll test their impact, and report on it back to the stakeholder group. We’ll run workshops and deliver programs of work in a recurring cycle: Workshop + Plan > Deliver > Test + Report, Repeat.

Who YOU ARE

• You have proven experience as an eCommerce Strategist or eCommerce Manager with a focus on Shopify Plus
• You actively seek out emerging trends and are at the forefront of new technology
• You have a demonstrated ability in leading impactful strategies and iterative
• You have a good knowledge of eCommerce best practice UX and UI design, user journeys and technical capabilities of platforms and associated technologies to improve eCommerce performance
• You're technical, you've likely been the go-to at your previous workplace on how 'things' work
• You innately need to understand how things work in intricate detail, to apply strategic thinking to their application
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You can hold a room and have excellent communication and presentation abilities
• You are familiar with SEO best practices
• You have prior experience in data migrations and site migrations
• You are comfortable taking accountability for your decisions and actions. We value honesty, integrity, curiosity, collaboration and believe we achieve the best outcomes when working as a team
• You may have had brand-side experience (highly valued)
