Posizione:

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented professional interested in making a difference in our Commercial team at Giunti Psychometrics.

The role of Account Manager will be based in the center of Italy, covering Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Marche, and Umbria, and she/he will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.

We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professional, reporting to the Head of Sales Italy. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling products, services, solutions, or projects within the designated geographic area.

She/he will use prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policies and strategies effectively.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • dealing with customer needs,
  • promoting Giunti Psychometrics products and services,
  • developing proposals,
  • driving the customer in all sales phases,
  • developing profitable relationships in order to achieve the assigned sale objectives and develop new business opportunities,
  • Providing constant updating of the activities through the corporate CRM

Requisiti:

  • Knowledge of the Health environment, specifically in the public service sector,
  • University Degree,
  • From 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience as Account Manager,
  • Prior experience in the medical area to execute policy/strategy,
  • Driving license (B mandatory),
  • Preferable residence/domicile in Emilia Romagna and Toscana,
  • Negotiation skills,
  • Reliability, flexibility, and great interpersonal skills,
  • Aptitude for teamwork and meeting deadlines,
  • Understanding of the English language,
  • Strong oral and written communication skills,
  • Problem-solving ability.
