Your Role
Achieve Sales Goals Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in your territory.
Plan Effectively Create a territory plan that efficiently groups farmers, considering local influencers such as veterinarians and nutritionists.
Stay Organized Manage your daily tasks and plan for future sales events to stay on track.
Build Relationships Maintain strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Gather Feedback Actively collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
Collaborate Work closely with the customer support team to enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on technology solutions.
Participate in Events Attend and help organize trade shows or farm shows as part of your territory plan.
Document Interactions Use our Customer Relationship Management software to record meetings and activities.
What We’re Looking For
A self-motivated individual with a passion for dairy farming and technology.
Good to have a veterinarian background
Fluent in Swedish, advanced in English
Previous experience in agricultural sales or customer success is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of building relationships.
Ability to understand complex products and systems, with a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency with customer relationship management software is a bonus.
Experience & Education
1-3 years of experience in dairy farming or agriculture sales.
A Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or relevant experience.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including overnight stays as necessary.
