Support in the design, development and execution of talent management programs, including talent review process, and talent pipeline identification and talent pool setup, to meet the organizational development needs and business strategic objectives.
Work with the L&D team to design a structure framework & process to support unit heads to identify critical roles and high-potential employees
Work with the L&D team to re-design the talent pipeline review framework, succession planning & promotion process to strengthen the depth and bench of BU/FU/OPS’s leadership and up the metrics for the monitor and tracking.
Work with the L&D team to access the training needs across the organization and collaborate with internal and external resources and design and deliver the training programs.
Monitor and update talent pipeline & development plans to reflect organizational changes and evolving talent needs.
Prepare talent analytics and reporting for senior leadership on talent management metrics, program effectiveness, areas for improvement.
Support on global training programs/projects, such as MTP/Global New Hire Orientation Program/ Leadership Forum/ Position Certification program
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management and apply knowledge to enhance the talent initiatives to strengthen the talent pipelines and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications –
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years and above of experience in talent management, HR or a related field.
Strong knowledge of talent management principles, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee development
Experiences with talent reviews, succession planning and employee development/career growth
Familiarity with performance management system and tools, and coaching for development
Skills
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software.
