Hays is collaborating with a global talent organisation in their search for a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join them.
Your new role
As the Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate with the Business Partner based locally to identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for recruitment processes based across APAC. You will research and attract candidates using various methods, write, place, and update job adverts and monitor and process applications efficiently.
You will qualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates for job vacancies, assist in recruitment and selection processes by liaising with candidates and internal teams, and initiate, manage, and develop candidate relationships. Additionally, you will identify and progress new business opportunities, provide general administrative support to the recruitment function, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
What You'll Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high level of self-motivation and the ability to identify opportunities, drive and determination to achieve targets and objectives, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.
A customer-focused approach, confidence and persuasive communication skills, and demonstrable questioning and listening skills are also essential. Generous flexibility is offered for this role and in return, you will need to be flexible for the fact that this role liaises with clients and candidates based internationally.
