Job description

📍 Location: Spain, Italy or France - you must hold a valid visa

💼 Type: Full-time Internship - an internship agreement with an university is mandatory

📅 Duration: 6 months

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts and help us attract top talent worldwide!

In collaboration with the global People team, you will assist in finding, sourcing, and attracting talent across all departments—including customer success, marketing, product management, software development, and other areas—helping to build diverse and high-performing teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle in an international and fast-paced environment

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels 
  • Screening resumes and coordinating initial candidate outreach
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Partnering with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to help them evaluate and structure hiring needs for roles of varying seniority
  • Supporting onboarding
  • Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assisting with reporting and recruitment analytics


YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for talent acquisition and HR, with a keen interest in recruitment strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks and processes
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus (we use Teamtailor)
