Your Role as Customer Success Manager:

As a CSM, you will manage a portfolio of 10-15 enterprise and mid-market accounts, valued at €800k-1M ARR, through effective value positioning and stakeholder management.

  • Drive account growth: identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Manage client satisfaction and ensure NRR (Net Revenue Retention.
  • Engage with client stakeholders virtually and through quarterly on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with the different divisions of the Customer Success as well as Sales team.



Who You Are:

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in a commercial customer success or account management role, preferably in manufacturing, finance, or market intelligence.
  • You have a proactive mindset, strong qualification and value positioning skills, and excellent ROI communication skills.
  • You are fluent German (C2) and advanced English (B2/C1).
  • You are based in Germany and able to work remotely, or hybrid from Berlin.

The Interview Process:

(Over the course of maximum 3 weeks)

  1. Screening by Nobel Recruitment (45-60 minutes).
  2. 1st Interview with Regional Head of CS (60 minutes).
  3. 2nd Interview: Case Study with Global CS Leadership team (60 minutes).
  4. Final Interview with Chief Customer Officer (30 minutes).
