Client Specialist - Pensions - Home Based - ARD1068772

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for talented Pension Specialists to join our team here at Benefiz. This opportunity has been created following the takeover of Benefiz by Towergate Employee Benefits, part of Ardonagh, to support the anticipated growth in pension opportunities from existing Towergate clients. This role offers the flexibility of being home based, with the occasional travel, approximately twice a year to attend face-to-face meetings and connect with the wider team.

What does a Pension Specialist here do?

Responsibilities

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following and more:

  • Provide proactive support for client services and project-based work.
  • Prepare and draft recommendations for GPP’s, GSIPP & Master Trust Schemes.
  • Draft technical reports, including Pension Governance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in client databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist with creating employee communication materials such as presentations and booklets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers and providers.
  • Support our clients with auto-enrolment requirements, including Certification and triennial re-enrolment.
  • Manage client engagement tasks, including anti-money laundering checks.
  • Provide key support for our client managers and other benefit teams.

What are we looking for in our next Pension Specialist?

  • Ideally hold at least one professional pension qualification.
  • Experience working in an Employee Benefits Consultancy is desirable.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.
  • Skilled in managing client relationships.
  • A strong technical knowledge of Group Pensions, including GPP, GSIPP and Master Trust Schemes.
  • Proactive in client communication and support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
