The Marketing & Sales Specialist is a key contributor to Payroc’s sales initiatives, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and messaging to drive business growth. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales by managing sales enablement materials, optimizing content distribution, and maintaining brand consistency across all collateral. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting sales teams with high-quality, up-to-date materials that enhance engagement and effectiveness. By streamlining access to sales resources, maintaining version control, and optimizing sales processes, the Marketing & Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance and driving revenue growth.

Duties And Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Asset Management
Manage and distribute a variety of sales collateral, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, training materials, and pricing guides to support ISO/Agent, FI Referral, and Inside Sales teams.
Content Repository & Version Control
Maintain organized marketing asset libraries, ensuring that all sales teams have access to the latest approved materials while ensuring version control.
Sales Support & Process Optimization:
Handle marketing requests from sales teams, ensuring the timely fulfillment of collateral and campaign materials to enhance sales effectiveness.
FI & Inside Sales Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and maintaining email templates, sales scripts, and self-serve resources tailored for the Financial Institution (FI) and Inside Sales teams.
Proprietary Product Positioning:
Convey the unique offerings of Payroc’s proprietary product suite (ConsumerChoice, RewardPay Choice, Roc Terminal+) through clear and impactful messaging in all marketing efforts.
Brand Consistency & Messaging Alignment
Ensure that all sales and marketing collateral adhere to Payroc’s brand guidelines and resonate with proprietary product messaging and sales positioning.
CRM & Sales Data Management:
Update and manage marketing touchpoints within Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems to track asset utilization and measure sales engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales enablement, with a strong understanding of marketing support within the payments, ISO/Agent recruiting, direct sales, or merchant engagement sectors.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize requests from sales teams effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and a solid grasp of data management practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related area.
