Job description

What will your day look like?

Executing influencer marketing strategies and brand campaigns, building relationships with key influencers, and leading communication, including negotiating costs;
Evaluating and analyzing influencer collaborations based on data, searching for new partnership opportunities, and keeping the influencer database up to date;
Leading communication with influencers and negotiating influencers costs;
Organizing and attending relevant events (networking, video and photo shoots) for business purposes;
Assisting the Head of Local Marketing with local promotions, discounts, and creating quarterly marketing plans across all communication channels;
Creating local content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram), and supervising the work of translators for marketing content;
Controlling and supervising the work of the translators for translating content created by the marketing team.

Who are we looking for?

2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, brand management, or influencer coordinator;
University degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field (additional certifications are a plus);
Fluent in English and native in Ukrainian;
Proven skills in social media, communications, and marketing strategy, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Strong copywriting and editing skills for various platforms;
Ability to evaluate campaigns independently and creatively;
Data-driven decision-making with empathy for customers and market instincts;
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
