Job Description:
As a Content Marketing & SEO Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content marketing and SEO strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in content marketing, search engine optimization, and experience in B2B SaaS, no-code/low-code, or enterprise technology sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller, capable of creating and optimizing high-quality content that drives organic growth, generates leads, and positions the company as an industry thought leader.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in content marketing and SEO, ideally in no-code/low-code, SaaS, DevOps, or enterprise technology industries.
- 5+ years in paid advertising across platforms like Google and LinkedIn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of published work.
- Advanced understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and digital marketing tactics.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools for content creation and strategy development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B SaaS content marketing and enterprise lead generation.
- Familiarity with AI, automation trends, and technical topics like DevOps and requirements management.
- Background in link-building, off-page SEO, and domain authority strategies.
- Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and similar software development platforms.
- Strong technical writing skills for enterprise audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and buyer personas.
- Identify key themes, topics, and distribution channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, landing pages, and social media content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales, customer success, and technical teams) to ensure content aligns with business objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Establish the company as a thought leader in no-code/low-code, DevOps, and enterprise SaaS industries by producing authoritative and insightful content.
- Develop and implement content-driven lead generation campaigns, optimizing for lead generation metrics such as MQLs and SQLs.
- Create and execute a robust SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including optimizing content structure, meta tags, and technical SEO elements.
- Leverage SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to monitor and analyze performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlinks.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, such as Search Generative Experience (SGE), and integrate them into content and SEO strategies.
- Optimize all content for SEO best practices to enhance search engine performance and ensure alignment with user intent.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for content ideation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) to track performance metrics, including organic traffic growth, social media engagement, and content ROI.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, MQL/SQL conversion rates, and social media engagement.
- Use insights from performance analysis to adjust and improve content strategies and production efficiency.
- Develop and optimize technical content that positions the company as a leader in SaaS, no-code/low-code, and enterprise technology solutions, including DevOps and requirements management.
- Collaborate with internal experts to create technically accurate and engaging content tailored to enterprise audiences.
- Explore guest blogging, partnerships, and link-building opportunities to enhance domain authority and industry visibility.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and content delivery.
- Support the preparation of materials such as marketing flyers, whitepapers, and product-focused collateral.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
