Location:
Remote (must be bilingual in Spanish and English)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing residential home services company based in Miami, FL. Our mission is to provide exceptional, reliable, and high-quality solutions for homeowners across South Florida. As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented SEO & Content Manager to help us build our brand, engage our audience, and optimize our content for search engines.

Position Overview:

This role focuses primarily on SEO work to ensure our website and content rank effectively, with supporting social media strategy and content creation. This position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, as our customers are diverse and our content must connect equally well with both audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Optimization:

  • Perform basic keyword research to align content with relevant search terms.
  • Optimize content, including titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and image tags.
  • Track website analytics and content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and suggest improvements when necessary.


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and schedule bilingual posts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Engage directly with followers and respond to comments and messages.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement.


Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and proofread bilingual content for social media, blogs, website pages, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with designers (or use Canva when necessary) to create high-quality visuals.
  • Develop content calendars and plan campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Basic experience with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of bilingual marketing and the ability to craft culturally relevant content.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential home services, real estate, or related industries.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
