About The Job
The Network Success Strategic Accounts position will focus primarily on working with Taulia's largest suppliers on the network. In this role, you will be responsible for selling early payments solutions (Supply Chain Finance (SCF) / Dynamic Discounting (DD) / JPM Alliance / Network AR Financing / Partner AR/SCF) to suppliers and generating referrals for Taulia’s additional sales team for AR Financing, Payables Financing (SCF / DD), and Inventory Management solutions. You will be critical in maximizing all potential revenue streams from suppliers that currently utilize the Taulia platform. You will possess a proven track record of complex selling and quota achievement within relevant business process and/or solution areas. This may include financial supply chain / working capital / trade finance / cash management / treasury/invoice and automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize strategic accounts as delegated by management
- Close enterprise companies on Taulia’s offerings
- Generate early payment revenue with the largest suppliers through Taulia's SCF and DD offerings
- Understand Taulia's suite of product offerings (including partnerships) and be able to effectively cross-sell these solutions. (Self-close or referrals)
- Learn how to read company financial information, utilize financial tools (i2i Logic, Bloomberg, etc.), and become an expert in identifying selling opportunities
- Excel at communicating with C-Level executives and be able to cultivate relationships for future selling opportunities
- Prospect, develop, and close prospective customers for Taulia’s entire solution suite
- Identify selling and process improvement opportunities and help to develop new strategies to improve net revenue across Taulia's product offerings
- Work closely with internal teams like Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and other teams to structure the customer value proposition
- Help teach/train other team members and lead trainings
- Ability to travel (5 – 10%)
Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree (business preferred)
- 3+ years of experience successfully closing 6-figure revenue deals
- Consistently exceeds targeted goals in each performance cycle
- Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to be taught and understand company financials, balance sheet, cashflow statements, etc.
- 5+ years experience in sales
- Coachable, self-motivated, resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple different teams and business partners
Nice To Have:
- Experience with direct selling Receivables Finance and/or Trade Finance solutions is a strong plus
Business Generation:
- Self-close enterprise AR deals
- Lead discussions with / and self-close enterprise on-network supplier accounts for Taulia’s receivables products
- Referrals to additional sales teams for Taulia’s suite of solutions
