Scrut Automation is an information security and compliance monitoring platform, aimed at helping small and medium cloud-native enterprises develop and maintain a robust security posture, and comply with various infosec standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and the like with ease. With the help of the Scrut platform, customers reduce their manual effort for security and compliance tasks by 70%, and build real-time visibility of their security posture.
We are expanding our North America / EU sales team and are seeking a tenured Account Executive with experience working high-velocity sales opportunities. As a key contributor to our growth in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, this role will give a fast paced, competitive value seller the opportunity to work with a high volume of prospective customers in the rapidly growing security compliance automation market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and target potential clients in the NA/EU market.
Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings to potential clients.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Maximize and develop channel partner relationships.
Build relationships cross functionally for marketing, product and financial efficiencies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market insights.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Commercial or Mid-Market SaaS Account Executive.
Proven track record of exceeding net new revenue quotas.
Ability to drive high-velocity deals and accelerate fast sales cycles.
Convert inbound opportunities while demonstrating a willingness to self source outbound prospecting.
Experience working with channel partners for co-selling GTM strategies.
Self starter with an ability to learn quickly.
Competitive fire!
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in security sales is a plus.
