Account Manager II Nutrition & Wellness

Job Description

We are hiring for Account Manager II Nutrition and Wellness in India who will be responsible for client management in the Nutrition and Health Department

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for client maintenance and new business development in the Nutrition and Health Department.
• Provide effective market promotion according to the department's marketing and service strategies.
• Actively and effectively manage client projects, understand client needs, and follow up in a timely manner to improve client satisfaction and increase client loyalty.
• Achieve performance assessment goals and complete tasks assigned by relevant business departments.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, chemistry, nutrition, or related fields. Experience in the third-party testing and certification industry is a plus;
• Strong customer service awareness, good expression and communication skills.
• Responsible and diligent in work, proactive, strong execution ability, and strong learning and adaptability skills.
