Business Contract Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Contract Analyst to join their team. As a Business Contract Analyst, you will be part of the project management team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Understand and analyze the Flight Attendant Contract Terms and Conditions being negotiated.
• Prepare project documentation according to IDF standards.
• Assist in business process redesign as needed.
• Maintain communication with customers and team members to promote a collaborative environment.
• Participate in approximately 50% travel for in-person meetings.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Previous experience as a flight attendant.
• Ability to understand and interpret contract language.
• Experience in creating technically focused user stories for Agile development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
