You Are:
In this role you would be the technical business driver responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for Synopsys' DesignWare Processor product line (ARC processors, subsystems, and ASIP tools). You would manage the pre-sales technical interactions and communications with customers, presenting solutions and addressing customers’ technical questions, enabling them to make informed decisions.
What You will Need:
Qualified applicants will have a BSEE, MSEE preferred.
7+ years relevant experience in SoC/ASIC design and architecture.
Good understanding of RISC and DSP processor architectures.
Good communication and presentation skills, and experience working with customers in a pre-sale process.
Willing to travel (up to 30%) within EUR.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in multiple stages of an SoC design, from architecture definition, to RTL (Verilog) coding and synthesis, down to physical design.
Hands-on experience in embedded system design, debug or FW/SW development.
Understanding of DSP algorithms in wireless communication, LiDAR/RADAR and advanced sensors in automotive applications.
Understanding of AI/ML based system design and use-case requirements.
Understanding of SoC design requirements for automotive functional safety.
Understanding of security concepts and standards-based building blocks for a secure SoC design.
Good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
Ability to conduct technical meetings, presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, and training to customers and to the sales team.
