Our Corporate office is looking for a Workday Reports and Dashboard Lead to work closely with the Workday Team Lead, Workday Functional Leads and business partners to gain in-depth understanding of stakeholder’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmaps, and the details in which the business is working, in order to create accurate and meaningful reports/dashboards that enable smart decision-making, business acumen and executive level reporting.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $91,400.00- $111,400.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions

Develop and Maintain Workday Reports and Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer

  • Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboards

  • Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields)

  • Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirements

  • Establish report scheduling with cadence driven by business needs

  • Provide support for existing custom reports in Workday

  • Ability to document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance

  • Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards

  • Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes

Translate Workday Reports/Dashboards into Business Partner and Leadership Presentations

  • Interpret trends and analyze data to inform Business Partners and Leadership Teams on "stories" that inform strategic decision-making

  • Partner with other Analytics roles in Finance, Compensation and Growth to ensure clear, consistent data reporting across multiple business areas and systems

Special Projects as needed

  • May include supporting system integrations into Workday to identify and achieve single source of truth metrics

  • Support annual audit requests as needed

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in reports management

  • Workday experience or training required; 2+ years preferred

  • 2+ years of experience with HR/Finance applications and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer

  • HR/Finance functional experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields)

  • Analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data

  • Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, including experience in designing, building and testing reports in various HR/Finance applications

  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as a individual contributor is $81,100.00 to 125,300.00.
