Overview:

Experienced Event Manager, we have an opportunity for you! Join SOFTSWISS and become a vital part of our team. We are searching for someone who mirrors our dedication and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

Organizing events for employees across the group of companies (corporate parties, team-building activities, off-site meetings, seasonal activities, monthly events, special projects)
Preparing and managing documentation (payment documents)
Searching for, communicating with, and working with contractors (negotiating, monitoring work execution, overseeing payments)
Maintaining the corporate events calendar
Collaborating with other departments on tasks and projects being implemented

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the event department of an IT company or 3+ years in an event agency
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
English Upper Intermediate
Russian Advanced
