JOB TITLE: Support & Administration Officer
40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Philippine Time, with 1 hour unpaid break

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative and Client Services Employee with a comprehensive understanding of NDIS standards and processes to join our team. This role involves managing client communications, overseeing scheduling and roster management, ensuring compliance
with NDIS guidelines, and managing plan management tasks. The ideal candidate will bring empathy, efficiency, and exceptional organizational skills to provide high-quality service to clients, families, and staff while supporting individuals with diverse disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination and Roster Management
Ability to handle incoming calls and feedback from clients, families, and support teams with professionalism and sensitivity.
Proper communication with clients to gather and record detailed information about the needs and service requests.
Coordinate with clients and staff to oversee and manage the roster, confirm, cancel or adjust services accordingly following NDIS standards
Service Operations Support
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client support records in internal systems ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements.
Collaborate and make necessary follow-up for the unpaid services, ensure invoices, and payments are accurate and settled timely
Desired Candidate:
Skills and Experience:
Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS guidelines, processes, and service delivery standards, including plan management requirements.
Experience working with individuals with various disabilities, providing compassionate and effective communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP is a plus
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
Capacity to work independently while adhering to deadlines and compliance requirements.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional, sensitive, and clear interactions.
With good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, and internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate capability to uphold a strong level of trust and confidentiality
