Job Description

As a Talent Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding our roster of digital influencers to success. This exciting position puts you at the heart of the TikTok phenomenon, working closely with content creators to develop their careers, maximize their potential, and ensure their success on TikTok and beyond. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of digital entertainment, fostering the growth of emerging stars, and navigating the dynamic landscape of social media influence. Your expertise in talent development, content strategy, and industry trends will be crucial in establishing our creators as leading voices in the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a diverse portfolio of TikTok influencers, guiding their career development and growth
  
• Collaborate with creators to develop unique content strategies that enhance their brand and increase engagement
  
• Act as a liaison between talent and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals
  
• Monitor industry trends and platform changes, helping talent adapt and stay ahead of the curve
  
• Negotiate deals and partnerships on behalf of talent to maximize their earning potential
  
• Provide regular performance analysis and feedback to help creators improve their content and reach
  
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for talent
  
• Assist in crisis management and reputation protection for our roster of influencers
  
• Organize and conduct regular check-ins with talent to discuss progress, goals, and strategies
  
• Foster a supportive community among our talent roster, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing
  

Requirements

• Fluency in English or Mandarin Chinese; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage
  
• Proven experience in talent management, preferably in digital media or influencer marketing
  
• Deep understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse personalities
  
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of securing beneficial partnerships for talent
  
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable strategies for creators
  
• Creative problem-solving skills to help talent overcome challenges and stand out in a crowded digital space
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, including emerging platforms and content formats
  
• Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management in the public eye
  
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of social media
  
• Passion for digital entertainment and a keen eye for identifying and nurturing talent potential
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple talents and projects simultaneously
