About the Role

Coro is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various roles within our organization, with a primary focus on go to market and channel sales positions.

Responsibilities

Innovative Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Employ creative strategies to source top-tier candidates across diverse channels.
  • Continuously develop and nurture a robust pipeline of talent in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Ensure a personalized and exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.

Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and role requirements.
  • Provide insightful feedback and guidance to hiring managers, fostering strong partnerships throughout the recruitment cycle.

Comprehensive Recruitment Ownership:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and pipeline management for channel sales and related roles.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient recruitment operations, from candidate identification to successful onboarding.

Enhanced Candidate Experience Focus:

  • Prioritize and deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage and inform candidates effectively.

Diversity and Quality in Candidate Assessment:

  • Demonstrate expertise in identifying and assessing a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates.
  • Utilize effective evaluation techniques to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates for channel sales positions.

Recruitment Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify areas for process enhancement and optimization.
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Recruitment Marketing and Branding Initiative Participation:

  • Actively participate in crafting engaging content for various recruitment platforms.
  • Contribute to networking events and initiatives to enhance recruitment branding and visibility.

Skills and Experience

  • Passion for recruiting is a must!
  • Experience recruiting for channel sales positions at a SaaS company is required.
  • Experience in LinkedIn sourcing is required.
  • Experience working at a cybersecurity company is a plus
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with Comeet is advantageous.
  • Strong social media and branding recruitment knowledge is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment technology and tools.
  • Ability to compose compelling recruitment campaigns that highlight the company's culture and opportunities.

  • 30-minute phone interview with our Recruiting Team 
  • Short recruiting assignment
  • 60-minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 30-45-minute Zoom interview with our People Team
