The Global Talent Development Program Manager is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating enterprise-wide leadership and employee development programs and initiatives supporting our Services, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain (Operational Excellence) division. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will interact with People Partners and business leaders to identify needs and support and advise on scalable learning solutions. The focus is to develop all levels of talent to expand DN employee and manager capabilities in support of strategic priorities and business goals.
You will help empower employees to continuously develop through a variety of learning methods and modalities. You will be responsible for coaching, content curation, building upon and working within existing frameworks, tools, and resources that support learner’s success.
Responsibilities
Support our Operational Excellence teams inclusive of manufacturing, service technicians and supply chain in setting and delivering an L&D strategy for over 10,000 global employees.
Translate strategic priorities into learning initiatives to support business objectives.
Design and deliver enterprise-wide & business unit-specific learning experiences for DN employees and leaders, including overall responsibility for program design, delivery, evaluation, and on-going relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and partners/vendors.
Ensure programs build a strong, diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that fosters a sense of belonging and demonstrates our organizational values with a global approach
Develop and/or use evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including business results, ROI, and improved behaviors clearly demonstrated (Kirkpatrick Level 3)
Benchmark learning & development approaches, technologies, instructional design, and adult learning best practices.
Manage multi-stakeholder special projects as needed, including developing project teams, managing priorities, and delivering results
Working as independent expert and collaborate with various global teams and business stakeholders
Necessary skills include Analytical Thinking, Consulting, Effective Presentations, Managing Multiple Priorities, Project Management, Communicating with Consideration and Empathy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, I/O Psychology or similar fields
Fluent in English with proficiency in either German, Spanish, or Portuguese is required.
6-8 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, talent management, corporate communications and change management
3 years of employee and/or leadership development program experience with strong facilitation across multiple levels, including frontline employees up to executive management
Experience crafting and executing learning and development strategies for a global organization
Exceptional facilitation skills and ability to adapt based on the audience’s needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications, particularly PowerPoint
Preferred candidate will live in the East Coast time zone with the ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in organizational behavior or industrial psychology
Instructional design experience a plus
Experience with Oracle HCM platform a plus
Experience training an hourly workforce, non-desk employees, and manufacturing employees
Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
