The Talent Acquisition Partner identifies, evaluates, and acquirestop talent for entry-level and professional positions within Kaplan North America (KNA).The incumbent is responsible for full-cycle recruitment including, but not limited to conducting market research, job advertisement, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and creating a positive candidates experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process. 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop job-specific talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive  candidates from various resources including job boards, social networks, associations and organizations Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates for employment through an effective interview process.
  • Accurately update and  maintain applicant tracking system to assure records are current.
  • Facilitate  hiring manager training on recruitment process-related policies and processes, effective interviewing, and use of the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Recruiting Coordinator to ensure positive new hire onboarding experiences.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years experience in recruiting, sales/marketing, or human resources.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (preferably Workday), or strong technical aptitude to quickly learn a new system. 
  • Behavioral interviewing experience.
  • Strong experience in applicant sourcing, internet research, and passive applicant acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid, entrepreneurial environment; with a high volume of requisitions.


Preferred Qualifications 

  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • AIRS certification

For full-time positions, Kaplan has two Salary Grades, this position is Salary Grade B: $64,000 - $202,600. Actual compensation for this role is determined by several factors including but not limited to job level, candidate's skills, experience, and education, among other factors determined by the business.
