About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA Team. This role is ideal for an expert recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, collaborate with hiring managers, and play a key role in filling high-impact, complex roles for our global clients.


What You'll Do

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  •  Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offer discussions, and pre-onboarding.

  •  Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent through job boards, digital platforms, and innovative headhunting strategies.

  •  Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client needs and company culture.

  •  Review job descriptions, scope hiring requirements, and participate in calibration sessions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

Niche Hiring Expertise

  • Specialize in hiring Executive, Marketing & Creatives, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and Sales & Business Development professionals.

  •  Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure market competitiveness.

  •  Ability to fill niche positions within specified timelines and service level agreements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  •  Manage multiple client requisitions simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams to drive talent acquisition success.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  •  Maintain accurate records, tools, and systems for reporting and performance tracking.

  •  Work effectively with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

  •  Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to market research and process improvements.

  •  Collaborate with People & Culture, Customer Success, Sales, and IT Operations to optimize hiring strategies
